Closed Engine Breather Kit. TR2 to TR6 (TR6 PI Shown in picture). Top (rockerbox) and bottom (crankcase) balanced breathing into a neat pre drilled oil proof translucent catchtank. Removable lid for cleaning. All oilproof hoses supplied with flametrap, crankcase breather, rockerbox breather, fixings for tank to bodywork, all pipeclips and tiewraps to secure, painted black if required with "level" window strip. Weber Twin Choke Carburetors DCOE40 and DCOE45s brand new, jetted with stainless steel air inlet trumpets and 'O' ring set to seal and fit to manifold. Any modifications to fittings e.g. fuel T pieces, shorter trumpets or modified linkage charged extra.

Chrome Moly Pushrods. 4 Cylinder cars. The more powerful your engine the less requirement there is for lightness and the more you require reliable and suitably strong components. The standard pushrods are unable to cope with severe profiles and lift rates and a chrome moly rod is the best existing option to transfer cam profiles faithfully. All engines capable of producing 160BHP+ DIN should be fitted with them.

Replacement gasket. Replacement 'O' ring for 4 or 6 cylinder rocker covers.

Alloy Rocker Pedestal with End Supports. 4 Cylinder cars. The shocks transmitted by the camshaft quite often break off the rear rocker. The shaft breaks across the location bolt hole in No.4 pedestal. This special set has cast supports for the No.1 and No.4 rocker and this gives the necessary support to the end of the shaft. A major improvement in the reliability of the rocker geometry.

TR6 Race Head Gasket. Bore sizes 77.5 - 80 mm. Reinforced with stainless steel inter cylinder gaskets. Standard or equispaced.

Copper Cylinder Head Gasket 87-89mm 0.020” (0.5mm) copper head gasket. Original factory press. Oil, water and compression crimping for good gasket to block and head sealing; particularly important as cylinder liner protrudes circa 0.005” and plain flat gasket will not easily bridge this gap.
